English Learner Portal is an approved vendor with the Colorado Department of Education.

This course earns 25 contact hours toward the Colorado English Learner Educator Professional Development requirement or graduate credit*.

This course focuses on the rationale and practical strategies for differentiating classroom instruction for culturally and linguistically diverse learners. The course is fully facilitated by an experienced course facilitator and meant to be completed within four weeks of approximately 5 to 7 hours of work per week. Participants will receive feedback on activities and assignments. If teachers sign up as a cohort, there is an option to host some of the hours synchronously to increase interaction and personalize the course. Contact English Learner Portal for group rates.

*An additional fee and an additional assignment for 2 graduate credit hours through Brandman University will be due before the end of the course. More details upon enrollment.  To receive 2 graduate credits, you will be required to complete a follow-up assignment by the end of the current semester.
